Incidental Maintenance
- Designed for low maintenance sites
- Hourly rate - $20 an hour
Monthly Maintenance
- Assumes one hour of maintenance a month
- $100 covers six months
Weekly Maintenance
- One hour per week
- Payment due at the start of each month
- $50 per month
